Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygienic reasons. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and please email hello@thecraftyowlboutique.com within 72 hours if there is anything wrong with your item. Returns are only for items that have a product defect. Items returned must be in their original, unopened packaging and all tags must be intact. Returns are only for items and not for shipping and handling fees. 

All items are 100% handmade and by nature may contain slight imperfections and design variations. 

As always, I work hard to prevent this but it is part of the charm when purchasing a handmade product.
